Southwest: Free Trial Day

Join us for Hockey Hop-In, a free, beginner-friendly field hockey session open to all genders and all skill levels. We offer three age blocks to keep players learning at the right pace. Come try the sport, meet our coaches, and hop in for a fun introduction to field hockey!

Times:
Over 4 - Under 6 (O4-U6): 12:00-1:00pm
Over 6 - Under 10 (U8+U10): 1:00-2:15pm
Over 10 - Under 14 (U12+U14): 2:30-4:00pm

Required Gear:
Shinguards
Mouthguard
Water bottle
Field Hockey Stick (we will provide sticks for those who do not have one)
