PROFILE
Meadoe Harrell-Alvarez has an extensive background in field hockey, playing the sport for seven years, from her 8th grade through her senior year of college. Without field hockey, she believes she wouldn’t be where she is today—it has taught her invaluable life lessons, from teamwork and perseverance to time management and resilience. These lessons helped her live her dream, and now she hopes to pass on those same teachings to the next generation. After volunteering at her former high school while in college, she coached at Ambush for three years, then went on to take a coaching position at Pride after earning her degree from Belmont Abbey. Through coaching, she aims to inspire and guide young athletes, just as the sport has done for her.
